Killingworth, CT

The art of felting popped into my life through Cathy Lovell, a talented artist and teacher. The magic of creating a textile piece through the manipulation of wool and other fibers immediately enchanted me. Classes from artists such as Katia Mokeyeva, Natalya Brashovetskaya, Lisa Klakulak, Renate Maille-Moskowitz, Judit Pocs, and Fiona Duthie have led me to a deeper understanding and appreciation of the art form.

Creating with my hands has long been part of my life as a pastry chef. That need for expression is now translated into fiber. The possibilities are infinite.

My work has been shown at The Hygienic, New London CT, Maple and Main Gallery, Chester CT, Spectrum Gallery, Essex CT, Wesleyan Potters, Middletown CT, and virtually at Maine Fiberarts.
