Retired physician/ med school manager, started a farm for preservation of endangered breeds of livestock in 2000. Spun home grown fleece for years but lamented the loss of lock structure etc. so took up felting, often using wavy locks as embellishment. Mostly do nuno felting on vintage or “ethnic” bases ranging from Indian dupattas to antique lace curtains.
